Returning your goods
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not, please contact us to arrange an exchange, within 3 days of receiving your order.
We strongly advise referring to Size Charts and other information about the product/s you order to ensure you get the right size – or contact us first – always happy to help
Unless we have made an error in your order or if the goods are damaged in transit, or the items are faulty – payment for return postage is at your cost.
Please return all items unworn and undamaged with original tags etc attached. Please know that items that are returned in unsaleable condition cannot be refunded – this includes pet hair, obvious signs of wear including sweat marks, body odour or washing marks – these will be returned to you at your cost.
(Underwear and Socks cannot be returned due to Health Considerations. Exceptions may apply but will only be considered if original packaging is complete.)
We request that returning items are sent to us within a week of arranging the return please. We understand that sometimes this is not possible and happy to work with you around that. Please send a photo or email detailing the tracking info- this will help if the item goes astray in the post.
